Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including managing inventory levels, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, assisting them with parts inquiries, orders, and technical support.
Requirements
